• Section 30 - Building Permits

  The Relevant Building Surveyor (RBS) must within 7 days lodge any building permit issued including a copy of that building permit, and other documents lodged with the application for that permit.

• Certificate of Final Inspection (CFI) and Occupancy Pe​​rmits (OP)

  A Certificate of Final Inspection (CFI) or an Occupancy Permit (OP) must be submitted to Council when a stage or a project has reached completion.
