Discover buildings and places of special and historical significance in the City of Port Phillip.
The Heritage Recognition Program ran from 2004 to 2020. The significance of some buildings and places is not always easy to see. The program identified important buildings or locations that have historical significance. Each site has a blue plaque with information about the building or place.
