Discover buildings and places of special and historical significance in the City of Port Phillip.
The Heritage Recognition Program acknowledges the heritage value of important buildings and places across the City of Port Phillip. The program identifies sites of historical significance and recognises their contribution to the municipality’s heritage. Each location is marked with a blue plaque that provides information about the building, place or its historical importance.
The Heritage Recognition Program forms part of Council's Arts and Culture Strategy and was established in 2004.
