  • We are introducing a new and easy-to-use online service to replace e-services.
    As part of the transition to our new services, you will not be able to use the current platform after 3 pm on Wednesday 28 July.
    The new online service will be available from 8.30 am on Monday 2 August.

Our Customer Service counters are open at St Kilda and Port Melbourne Town Halls, and there are COVID-safe requirements you will need to follow to keep everyone safe.

South Melbourne Town Hall remains closed until further notice.

We're available Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm. Phone calls out of these hours will divert to our after-hours service. Messages will be taken for a call back during business hours.
