What is it?
A Report and Consent is a formal request for Council approval under the Building Regulations 2018 for the following matters:
- Non-compliant building siting (Part 5 & 6)
- Protection of Public (Regulation 116)
- Building Over Easement (Regulation 130)
- Building in areas liable to flooding (Regulation 153)
- Building on designated land or for designated works (Regulation 154)
- Use of a Place of Public Entertainment (Regulation 206)
- Siting of Temporary Structures (Regulation 207)
