- Be respectful of local residents and businesses, maintaining access and keeping noise to a reasonable level.

The personal information requested on this form is being collected by the Council for the purpose of assisting in the management of any impacts this activity may have on the City or to contact you to obtain further information in relation to this activity. The personal information will be used solely by the Council for that primary purpose or directly related purposes.
Council may share this information with internal teams, such as local laws, traffic, parking and communications, and external stakeholders, such as Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Public Transport Victoria and the Department of Health and Human Services. The applicant understands that the personal information provided is for the purposes outlined above and that they may apply to the Council for access to and amendment of the information.
