Rates notice delays

Delivery of rates notices for 2021/22 were delayed until late September due to transition to a new online service and rating system. Payments for the first instalment option will be accepted until Wednesday 27 October 2021. If you need additional time to make the first instalment payment find out more about our payment plan options.

BPay View customers

Due to the introduction of our new online system, the BPay biller code and assessment numbers on your City of Port Phillip rates notices have changed. This means that we have had to send your 2021/22 rates notice by post instead of BPay View. To continue to receive your rates notices by BPay View, you will need to reregister on BPay View using your new rates payment reference numbers. Once you have reregistered, you will receive future notices via your online banking as normal.
