Amendment C191port - Extension of Interim Heritage Controls - Tiuna Grove

Extends interim Heritage Overlay HO8 on properties in Tiuna Grove, Elwood, until 31 December 2020.

Amendment C191port has been approved by the Minister for Planning's delegate. The amendment will come into effect once notice of it's approval has been published in the Government Gazette.

The amendment proposes to extend the expiry date for interim heritage control HO8 applying to 3, 5, 7 and 15 Tiuna Grove, Elwood for a further six months. Council has requested an extension to allow time for Amendment C174port, which seeks to apply the controls on a permanent basis, to be finalised.
The interim control would remain in place until 31 December 2020, or until such time as the permanent heritage controls for the sites have been finalised.
