Step-by-step business permit guide

Step 1: Prepare
Spend some time getting prepared, fill in our questionnaire and meet with Council to discuss your plans before you apply for permits ore registrations.
Step 2: Apply
Depending on your business, you might need multiple permits. Apply for a planning permit first if required.
Step 3: Assessment
Once we've received your applications, each relevant department will review it. Timeframes will vary.

Step 4: Outcome
Once we've finished our assessment and your application is approved, you can start operating!
