Apply for a Promotional Activities permit

Allow up to ten working days for the assessment of this application.

To apply:

  • Read the Promotional Activities Facts Sheet
  • Complete and return an application form
  • Applications are reviewed by an Events Adviser who will contact the event organiser for any clarification required.
  • Once the application has been assessed, an invoice will be issued
  • Pay the permit fee
  • Upon payment, the permit will be issued.

A card payment fee applies to all payments.

How to apply for a Promotional Flyers Distribution permit (Local Business)

If you are a local business wanting to distribute printed materials within public open space in our City, you will require this permit.

  • Complete an application form
  • Provide a copy of the promotional material
  • Provide a copy of current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance, minimum of $20M
  • Once the application has been assessed, an invoice will be issued
  • Pay the permit fee
  • Upon payment, the permit will be issued.
