Get ready to groove! Join us for a vibrant 70s-themed event featuring far out music, bold fashion, and a whole lot of fun. We'll be celebrating with an afternoon of live tunes from funk through to disco. Time to get down and boogie dressed up in your favourite 70s attire, from platform shoes to bell bottoms. Light afternoon tea provided. Drinks available to purchase at the bar.

How to get there: Located at the Albert Park reserve, on the park side of the No. 96 tram line. If you’re driving, we’re directly opposite the Middle Park Hotel on Canterbury Road, and our car park entrance is through the underpass of the tramline.

Walking Football is a low-impact, modified version of soccer where players are required to walk instead of run. The game maintains the essence of soccer while reducing injury risks, making it ideal for seniors, those recovering from injuries, or anyone looking for a gentle yet engaging way to stay active.

Key Features of Walking Football:
⚽ No running – Players must always have one foot on the ground.
⚽ Non-contact sport – Tackling and physical challenges are minimized to prevent injuries.
⚽ Modified rules – Smaller pitches, lower-intensity gameplay, and reduced ball heights make it safer and more accessible.
⚽ Team-based environment – Encourages communication, teamwork, and social interaction.
