City of Port Phillip 2026/27 Grants open in July

Uniting Vic Tas, a 2024–25 Community Strengthening Grant recipient. ‘Artistic Expressions’ is a weekly program at the St Kilda Engagement Hub, supporting participants to explore creativity across a range of art forms.

Whether it’s an existing project, new creative initiative, festival or event, we’re supporting activities that make a positive impact locally.

Cultural Development Fund – Projects
