Lucinda Brash

About the artist

Lucinda is a local artist specialising in sculpture and ceramics. She has many works cast in bronze, and also works in a diverse range of mixed media. Her work expresses her love of nature, depicting animals, birds and humans - often exploring their interaction with each other. Her underlying theme is "we are part of the beautiful natural world around us". Lucinda's work is often whimsical, playful or contemplative in mood. Lucinda's studio, Muddy Paws Studio, is located right on the Elwood canal (Elster Creek) and she has created an ephemeral, outdoor community gallery that is free and open to the public.
