The 15 July 2026 Council Meeting was held at St Kilda Town Hall.

Council resolved to become a party to the application of Native Title of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung People.
Council endorsed the Submission to the Senate Environment and
Communications References Committee Inquiry into Artificial Intelligence and Data Centres.
Council endorsed the Carlisle Street, Balaclava Streetscape Plan as the guiding framework for future streetscape and public realm upgrades along Carlisle Street and associated open spaces.
Council resolved to maintain the existing three Cultural Development Fund streams of Key Organisations, Festivals and Events, and Projects.
Council endorsed JL Murphy Reserve as the preferred site for delivery of the Port Melbourne Netball Infrastructure Project.
