    Do you hold a Concession card?

    From 1 July 2023, eligible concession card holders are only required to pay a flat fee of $25 per parking permit (this includes resident, combined, foreshore and visitor permits). To be eligible, the address on your concession card must match the property address of your permit application and you must be the primary cardholder.     Short stay accommodation parking

    Short stay accommodation and rentals are usually rented via online providers like AirBNB, Stayz and Booking.com. Property owners can't get or keep resident or visitor permits if they do not live at the property. Parking permits cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
