Complying with permit conditions
Your planning permit conditions may require you to submit additional plans or other materials for endorsement.
Your planning permit conditions may require you to submit additional plans or other materials for endorsement.
For example, a planning permit will be issued either:
- in accordance with the endorsed plans that are stamped and approved by Council simultaneously with the Planning Permit
- subject to Condition 1 of the permit requiring amended plans to be submitted to Council, commonly known as 'Condition 1 Plans'
For Condition 1 Plans, you will need to:
- re-submit the plans and documents form to outline how the new plans comply with the requirements of the permit condition
- current plans or supporting documents
Once the plans are assessed and considered satisfactory, they will be endorsed by a Council planner.
Conditions 1 plans must be approved by Council prior to the start of any use or development of the site.
