Amendment C122port – St Kilda Road South Precinct

Amendment C122port introduces new planning controls for the St Kilda Road South Precinct, introducing zoning changes and heritage overlays for some properties, updates policy to reflect the changing role of the precinct, and establishes objectives to manage the scale and form of new development.

Amendment C122port was approved by the Minister for Planning and came into effect on Thursday 18 October 2018.

The approval of permanent controls for the Precinct means that Council’s request to extend the expiry date of the interim DDO27 to 31 December 2019 (via Amendment C156port, as resolved at the Ordinary Meeting on 3 October 2018) will be refused.
