Other information

The St Kilda Life Saving Club provides lifesaving services to the St Kilda community and people visiting the iconic St Kilda Beach.

Every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday over summer (from November through until the end of April), the club makes sure the St Kilda foreshore is patrolled by highly trained and skilled surf lifesavers to make it safe for everyone. Lifesavers volunteer their time, providing vital first aid treatment and educating beach goers on water safety to ensure the safety of everyone.

During the peak of the summer season, professional lifeguards provide an extension of this service between Monday and Saturday mornings.

St Kilda Life Saving Club also offer a range of additional opportunities for members, including competition, nationally recognised training, social activities and discounted hall hire for members functions.
