It's official, 2024 was the hottest year on record – a stark reminder that climate change is happening now, in our own backyard. While the scale of climate change can feel overwhelming, there's real power in local action.

That's why we're excited to launch the Climate Ready Communities project in the City of Port Phillip. This innovative program empowers you and your neighbors to tackle climate challenges head-on, right where you live.
