Temporary disruptions to Hard and Green waste bookings

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our hard waste and dumped rubbish collections have been temporarily disrupted.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes during the busy holiday season and appreciate your patience.
We are temporarily pausing new hard and green waste bookings until we better understand the level disruption. We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise residents of any progress.
Hard and Green Waste and dumped rubbish
- We will be trying to complete Hard and Green waste and dumped rubbish responses today and tomorrow, but we cannot guarantee this.
- If you’ve made a Hard and Green waste booking, you can leave your items out, and we’ll collect them as booked or as soon as we can.
- It’s likely that Hard and Green waste collections will be disrupted next week also. We are in the process of confirming the exact impacts and will advise our community as soon as we are able.
Mattress collections
- There will be no mattress collections for the remainder of today or tomorrow.
- If you’ve already placed a mattress out for collection, you can leave it out. We’ll come by to collect it as soon as possible. This may not be until next week. You can also take it to our Resource Recovery Centre today or tomorrow for free.
- It’s likely mattress collections will be disrupted next week also. We are in the process of confirming the exact impacts and will advise our community as soon as we are able.
Please note that all other kerbside collections will continue as normal.
