The 4 February 2026 Council Meeting was held at St Kilda Town Hall.

Endorsed the release of the draft Accessibility Action Plan (2026-30) for the next phase of community engagement in February and March 2026.
Requested Council officers undertake community engagement regarding the future use Kirrip Park, South Melbourne, and part of Clarke Reserve, Elwood as fenced dog off-leash areas.
