Community Views Survey is open

Published 30 October 2025
Council wants to hear from you about what contributes towards making somewhere a good place to live, and what it’s like to live in Port Phillip.

Your feedback will be used to measure our progress against the Council Plan and support future improvements to the local area.

Community Views is a survey designed to better understand what our residents believe makes somewhere a good place to live and how well they feel that their local area is delivering in that regard.

The survey uses 16 liveability attributes (e.g. feeling safe, affordable decent housing, access to natural environment, etc) to understand the community's values, local area experiences, the City’s overall liveability and future needs.

It also understands community health and wellbeing, financial circumstances, concerns and ideas for improving quality of life.
