Elwood Basketball Club (EBC) is an incorporated community organisation that draws players from Elwood and surrounding suburbs such as Caulfield, Brighton and St Kilda, and is a foundation member of the Association. EBC have teams in all levels of the competition as well as a good representation in OZball and Midiball. In 2007 EBC have 25 teams in the PPBA competition and two playing in Southern Basketball Association competitions.
