Why are we doing this?
The project will provide accessible access between the Bay Trail and the beach that meets the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) standards.
The impact
The existing pedestrian access ramp will be closed for the duration of the works.
The Bay Trail will remain open, with the contractor managing pedestrian safety at all times.
Please use the alternative access ramp located 200 metres south along the Bay Trail during this period.
