On Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 6.30pm, Council will be considering a report that recommends it commence the planning scheme amendment process (via C215port) to apply a permanent heritage overlay to 21 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne. This is on the basis that the property has been found to have local heritage significance to the City of Port Phillip. 

Previously, a request had been made to the Minister for Planning to apply an interim heritage overlay to 21 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne while permanent heritage controls are being progressed through the amendment process.

Venue: St Kilda Town Hall or Webex
