Waste Services update

The impacts of COVID-19 continue to change on a daily basis, and Council and Council's contractors are not exempt from its impact. In the event that frontline staff are impacted, service delays may occur.

We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis, and kindly ask residents to please be patient should any delays occur in waste-related collections.

Should you experience any service delays greater than 48 hours, please feel free to lodge an online request through MyPortPhillip, or alternatively call our ASSIST team on 03 9209 6777

We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
