Sport Phillip
The Sport Phillip programs are back for members of the community to get active this summer. Activities will be aligned with the Victorian Government COVID-Safe requirements for sport and exercise.
If you have any medical conditions, please disclose them to the facilitator at the commencement of the program.

Sport Phillip
A six-week swimming program for parents and bubs. The program will incorporate parent education and allow children to explore the water in a safe and fun environment. Only taking on new participants!
Please note to successfully be registered to this program, you MUST be a resident and a new participant and haven't registered to the program prior.
There are two sessions available:
- 12 to 24 months at 9.30 am
- six to 12 months at 10 am
Limited spots available in each group.

This program is a free community initiative to encourage all members to be active.

You will develop basketball skills and use the skills to compete against other families in a mini tournament. A great reason to get fit and have fun together!

Walking Football aims to provide participants with physical and mental health benefits, social connectedness and promotion of the benefits of ongoing physical activity.

Led by former Young Socceroo and professional footballer, Kamal Ibrahim, One Ball provides opportunities for young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds across Melbourne to learn positive life skills through playing soccer in a social setting.

Contact: 03 9646 2642The Mini Judo program has been designed to introduce children to the basic aspects of Judo, which is predominantly a self-defence based martial art. Children will learn to safely fall, improve their coordination, learn to deal with physical contact and not be overwhelmed and intimidated.
The program is delivered in a fun way, through a range of exercises and tasks that teach children to develop their judo skills in a cognitive way.

Whether stepping, running, cycling, wheeling, or dancing, participants are invited to set a target for how much physical energy they will generate throughout the month for their participating charity of choice. Movements will be measured in either time or distanced base metrics which will be converted into kilowatts through participants fundraising pages.
