Bins and collections

Find out the regular collection day for your waste and recycling bins, and how to report a lost, damaged or stolen bin or missed collection.

Household bins and collections

To find out what items can and can't go in your household waste and recycling bins, see What goes in your bins. Council-supplied waste and recycling bins are collected from the street outside your house between 6 am and 6 pm on the same day each week. Put both bins out before 6 am on collection day, or the night before, and return them to your property within 24 hours of collection.
