International Women's Day 2023: bridging the digital gender divide
This year, we're hosting an event celebrating the leadership of women committed to bridging the gender digital divide. This free catered community event will be held in the St Kilda Town Hall Auditorium on Thursday 9 March from 6 to 8 pm.
This year's theme celebrates the women and girls who are championing the advancement of transformative technology and digital education. IWD 2023 will explore the impact of the digital gender gap on widening economic and social inequalities.
Our event brings the community together to recognise the women who are making a difference locally in bridging the digital gender divide.

|7.10 pm||Carlene Harlock, City of Port Phillip Coordinator of Friends of Suai will talk about the friendship with the community of Suai in East Timor and an initiative to support gender equality through computer training for Timorese women.|
