The City of Port Phillip's youth support service is dedicated to assisting young people to access opportunities that improve their wellbeing, development, and enjoyment. Council staff work with other local services to connect young people aged 10 to 25 years to activities, forums and services within Port Phillip.

South Melbourne Youth Festival 2009

The South Melburne Youth Festival is a Freeza event, Smoke alcohol and drug free, fully supervised. This event is organised in collaboration with a number of key services within the municipality including, KOMBIZ youth network and the young people who attend their service. Inner south community health services who part fund the festival, Ardoch Youth Foundation, St Lukes, Headspace Southern Melbourne, Open Family Australia, St Kilda Pcyc, Victoria Police, Yarra Trams and Kool Skools.
