Rates

New rates information is being delivered to residents throughout July and August. The 'Your Rates' Brochure 2011-2012 outlines how the council will allocate its revenue from rates and other sources over the coming year.

The collection of residential and commercial rates is the City of Port Phillip's primary means of raising revenue. Income generated from rates helps us deliver a vast range of services, facilities and infrastructure for the Port Phillip community.

Change of Address

Have you changed your mailing address since you last received a notice from the City of Port Phillip? If so, the council requires notification in writing of your new mailing address.

To help us update your records please download and complete the Change of Address form, and forward a copy to the City of Port Phillip's Rates Department, forwarding directions on form, or go to Contact Us.
