Parks, Playgrounds & Trees
Waterloo Reserve Upgrade
Councillor John Middleton has officially opened Waterloo Reserve after its transformation into a tranquil and leafy pocket park. Residents welcomed the opportunity to connect with their neighbours and reflect on the value of open space.
Waterloo now boasts a new BBQ and lights, awesome play equipment, additional trees and seating, that creates an inviting landscape for all to enjoy. This space is now a safer environment for kids with better horticultural amenity and more functionality for local residents.
Waterloo Reserve is one of City of Port Phillips many pocket parks. These small spaces are vital to the local community and are a great local resource. Offering a connection to nature, social interaction and passive recreation for a cohesive and healthy community.
