Port Phillip's streetscapes are incredibly diverse, and play a key role in the character of our city.  Our streets include heritage shopping strips, grand boulevards, narrow streets, cobbled lane ways, and busy arterial roads.  Key programs including Capital Works and asset maintenance and Council initiatives such as Greening Port Phillip work to upgrade and redevelop streetscapes. 

In combination, these programs aim to ensure that our streetscapes retain their character and uniqueness into the future, contributing to the distinctive feel of Port Phillip.
