St Kilda Harbour Concept Plan
A concept plan for redevelopment of the St Kilda Harbour precinct has been jointly prepared by Parks Victoria (Committee of Management for the harbour area) with the Department of Sustainability and Environment and the City of Port Phillip.
Parks Victoria is inviting comment on the concept plan until 26 September 2008.
