The City of Port Phillip engages in a number of formal reporting processes as part of its approach to the delivery of services to our community.

Quarterly Key Performance Indicator Reporting

One of the ways the City of Port Phillip measures our performance is via thirteen Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

These measure how we are performing in our Key Result Areas of People, Internal Process, Customers, Finance and Stakeholders.

The first month of reporting was October 2007.
