ISEPICH Charter of Rights

The Community Advisory Group has developed a Charter of Rights for ISEPICH Community Members.  The charter outlines the rights and responsibilities of community members who use ISEPICH member agencies' services.

The charter is attached to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that all agencies sign when they join ISEPICH.  It serves as a set of principles that apply to all member agencies.

Quality of Health Information

Poor communication is the biggest single source of complaints of health services.

To assist ISEPICH members in addressing this issue, the Quality Steering Committee and the Community Advisory Group developed a set of principles for quality health information, which are attached to the ISEPICH Memorandum of Understanding. View the ISEPICH Quality Health Information Principles .

Community Mapping Resource

The purpose of this document is to provide a record of services for people with complex communication needs in the inner Southern suburbs of Melbourne.  The focus is on services for adults living the local government areas of Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Port Phillip.  Both statewide and regional services have been included.  Services from outside this geographic area and services for children have been added where it is felt that these may be relevant points for referral or networking.
