Buying a property - notification

Have you recently purchased a property in the City of Port Phillip? If so, it is your responsibility to notify the Victorian State Revenue Office of any change in property ownership within 28 days of acquisition.

Selling a property - notification

You will also need to obtain a Land Information Certificate from the City of Port Phillip, as well as advising the council of your sale. Change of address

Have you changed your mailing address since you last received a notice from the City of Port Phillip? If so, the council requires notification in writing of your new mailing address.
