Available by ringing the council's parking officers on 0407 304 449 for urgent parking issues such as blocked driveways, dangerously and illegally parked vehicles

Emergency contact

The police will attend to incidents occurring out of normal business hours that require immediate attention. Call 000 for police, fire or ambulance attendance. It is a free call and the service operates 24 hours a day.

If you need to report an urgent matter (about City of Port Phillip Services only) that cannot wait until the next working day, access our after hours and public holiday contact by ringing the ASSIST centre on (03) 9209 6777 and follow the prompts.  If there is no response or a busy signal there may be a problem with the telephone line, so please ring 1300 360 170 instead.
