Station Pier

Event Details

Venue: Life Saving Victoria Headquarters
Date: Thursday 4th September 2008

The City of Port Phillip invited Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) to update community members on planning for the future growth of the port.

As the popularity of cruise shipping and the Spirit of Tasmania service increases, Port of Melbourne Corporation will also provide an update on Station Pier operations and planning.

The expansion of port operations will have implications for residents of Port Melbourne and planning for the future must have regard to the special qualities that exist and are important to the residents of Port Melbourne.
