	Amendment C68 - Nightingale Street Precinct		In June 2005, City of Port Phillip commissioned an investigation into the heritage potential of the residential area south of Carlisle Street (between Chapel Street and the rail line). The resultant heritage assessment identified the 'Nightingale Street Precinct' (i.e. an area of properties centred around Nightingale Street) as warranting protection through the introduction of an Heriage Overlay. The process is known as Amendment C68
