These council adopted documents have been developed to provide strategic direction for the management of City of Port Phillip Parks and Open Spaces. These policies and strategies will help to develop, protect and manage our 'green' assets now and into the future, moving us toward a sustainable and liveable city.

Port Phillip Open Space Strategy The Port Phillip Open Space Strategy was adopted by Council on July 24, 2006. The Strategy sets the direction for works in parks, gardens and all areas of public open space across the city.
Playground Strategy The playground strategy aims to direct the capital works program for upgrading our playground assets throughout the city over the next five years.
Memorials and Monuments Policy / guidelines for memorials and naming of city buildings, rooms in buildings, structures, public open space, memorials and plaques and other entities where naming is to commemorate a person, organisation or event.
