Parking Infringements

Once you have been issued with a parking infringement notice from the City of Port Phillip you have 28 days before payment is due. No credit card payments are accepted within two business days of the infringement notice being issued.

Paying by Maxi or credit card

  • Maxi by phone: call 13 27 23; select Port Phillip Parking Services; and follow prompts
  • Maxi website at www.maxi.com.au.
  • Use eServices

Paying in person

Within 28 days of issue take the parking infringement notice and the full amount owing to any Australia Post outlet or Port Phillip Parking Services, Level 1, 277 William St, Melbourne, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm .

Paying by mail

Send a cheque or money order (do not send cash) with the parking infringement notice and post to: Port Phillip Parking Services, GPO BOX 632, Melbourne, 3001.
(In line with common practise, a receipt will not be issued for payments received through the mail.)

Note: Part payments are not accepted.

How to appeal

If you wish to query a parking infringement notice please send a letter of explanation including your name & address and a copy of the notice within 28 days to:
