After Hours Services - General
The City of Port Phillip provides an after hours response (for its services only) to urgent matters that cannot wait until the next working day. This service can be accessed by ringing the ASSIST centre on 03 9209 6777 and following the prompts.
If there is no response or a busy signal, this indicates that there is a telephony problem so then contact 1300 360 170.
After Hours Parking Services
After hours parking enforcement services are available by ringing the ASSIST centre on 03 9209 6777 and following the prompts. Council's Parking Officers will respond to after hours calls for all urgent parking issues such as blocked driveways, dangerously and illegally parked vehicles.
If there is no response or a busy signal, this indicates that there is a telephony problem so then contact 1300 360 170.
