Be a Letterbox Auditor
Fancy yourself as an auditor? Then you may be just the person we are looking for.
We are seeking your help in improving the distribution of council publications such as the community newsletter Divercity. We are looking for residents with access to email to help us detect distribution problems and provide us with information which will lead to an improvement of the distribution service.
All you need is an email address and be willing to provide us with your street address details. This information will only be used for letterbox auditing purposes.
How the program works
When a letterbox distribution takes place, you will receive an email from the council's Communications & Stakeholder Relations unit advising you of:
- What item is being distributed (e.g. newsletter or letter to the resident)
- The date this distribution should be completed
You will simply be asked to reply by email telling us whether you received the item in your letterbox or place of residence. We may also ask about the distribution of the two local newspapers the Emerald Hill Weekly and the Port Phillip Leader.
If you are willing to become a Letterbox Auditor, please complete the Letterbox Auditor registration form.
Use eServices to ask us a question, request information or give us feedback about Divercity online. If you prefer call ASSIST on (03) 9209 6777 or TTy (03) 9209 6713 and ask for the Communications & Stakeholder Relations Unit.
Copies of Divercity are also available at all Port Phillip town halls, libraries and neighbourhood centres.
