Community and Health Development Officer

This 30 hour per week position, salary range $66,452 - $74,363 (pro rata),

requires an individual with the ability to coordinate programs and activities that improve the wellbeing of the citizens of the City of Port Philip.  Your previous experience facilitating citizen action groups on health, combined with knowledge and experience of community consultation methods is essential, along with managing projects in community development and health related fields.

A commitment to promoting health and wellbeing in the community from the grass roots level, work with Liquor Licensing Accords on alcohol related issues, work with the business community and appropriate tertiary qualifications in a health or social science field will also be highly regarded.

Family Support Worker

  • Full Time

  • Salary Range $48,347 to $56,336

You will deliver family support services as part of a proactive and established team to Port Phillip families with children under the age of 18 years. You will have relevant qualifications, comprehensive experience in casework, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Home Based Child Carers

Maternal & Child Health Nurse Relievers

The Maternal and Child Health Service is also seeking suitably qualified MCH nurses to join our bank of casual staff.

Flexible child friendly hours are negotiable with a salary range of $43.39 - $45.01 per hour pro rata plus superannuation. A 25% casual loading will also be applied.
