Inner South East Partnership in Community and Health (ISEPICH) is the Primary Care Partnership for the cities of Stonnington, Glen Eira and Port Phillip.

ISEPICH represents an alliance of over 40 primary health care service providers.

Members of the partnership work together, with community representatives, to plan and coordinate health services for the community in their local area.

Integrated Health Promotion ISEPICH has three health promotion priorities for 2006-09: mental wellbeing physical activity, and nutrition & food security.
Service Coordination The aim of Service Coordination is to support member agencies to work together, so that community members have the best possible access to primary care services.
Cultural and Linguistic Diversity The ISEPICH Integrated Cultural and Linguistic Diversity (CALD) Strategy supports member agencies to make services accessible to CALD communities.

Consumer and Community Participation ISEPICH welcomes community participation in all activities. Community members can serve on the Community Advisory Group, or on working groups, or register to be consulted on health issues of interest.
