Freestyle Fever, Under 18 Breaking Comp

Within the Break dance hip hop improvisational genre the competition opens itself to anyone under 18 who wants to jump in and display his or her skills, attitude, energy and vibe. There are solo battles and crew battles and even battles performed to live youth percussionists. This event was created by young people who witnessed it was difficult to compete against dancers of an older age at all ages events.

Trophies and great prizes will be awarded for competitors displaying the best level of skill, presentation, attitude, energy and vibe.

There will also be a live beats element where competitors present their skills accompanied by live local percussion break beats!

  • Solo Battle- each entry dances twice (Trophy and prize)
  • Crew battles- (Trophy and prize to first place)
  • Under 13 Prize (Trophy and prize to first Place)
