The City of Port Phillip is committed to leading the local community to respond to climate change. The council has a number of programs and initiatives in its own operations and a number of programs available to the community.

Toward Zero, the council's climate change strategy, commits to zero net greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.

Climate change survey

Council is conducting an important study to help council understand the issues that local communities believe will most affect them as a result of changing climate.
