Environmental Programs

The council has a number of programs and initiatives in its own operations and a number of programs available to the community.

Community Programs and Initatives

Since 1999 the City of Port Phillip has introduced and supported numerous environmental initiatives that have assisted in improving the lifestyle of our community and creating a more viable future for our city. These initiatives have assisted in achieving energy savings, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and building a sustainable environment. The council's list of 'green' initiatives grows every year.

Visit the Enviro eHub council programs page for current initiatives that you can get involved in.
