The Elwood St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre (ESNLC) is a community based centre for Adult Education and Community Support.

Activities and training courses include:  multicultural arts class, self-defence for women, printmaking, English as a second language,  literacy courses, chess club, art classes, clubs & groups, drama for beginners, shiatsu, yoga, tantra, tai chi, spirit dancing, ONTOS, computer workshops and courses, internet access and more.
