East St Kilda/Balaclava Community Hub

Alma Road Community House at 200 Alma Road St Kilda East - is the key Community Hub for this area. In 2003 the house was re-modelled with a strong focus on accessibility, a place where people with and without a disability could interact, join activities or share common interests with each other.

A variety of programs and activities are offered at the house by the Port Phillip Community Group and Gawith Villa.

A Maternal Child Health Service also operates from the centre.

The house is a warm and inviting space where the local community can come together for meetings and social activities. The large meeting room with patio can be hired for large celebrations or events. And the wonderful upgraded playground to the rear of the house makes this venue ideal for young children and families.
